Photizo Session | Treatment of Pain, Musculosketal Injuries and Skin Conditions
Initial session £15 | Practitioner led session £10 | Owner led session £5
If your dog hasn't had a Photizo session before, please book an initial sessions to discuss the Photizo treatment your dog needs and to show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
You can then choose to have a practitioner lead session (the practitioner will perform the treatment), or owner lead (owner performs treatment)
Photizo Vetcare is perfect for treating the following:
- Skin conditions: wounds, lacerations, abscesses, saddle sores, skin allergies, eczema, etc.
- Musculoskeletal problems such as arthritis, tendonitis, overuse injuries and muscle spasms
- Post-op: any area treated surgically, including skin grafts
- Corneal ulcers, viral-related conditions and sinusitis.
How does Photizo Vetcare work?
Photizo Vetcare’s LED light therapy harnesses the healing power of red and infrared light at specific wavelengths and frequencies for accelerated healing by activating the pain and relaxing ‘medication’ of the animal’s own body.
LEDs, or light-emitting diodes, are non-invasive, painless, produce a gentle and soothing warmth and do not require recovery time.
Photizo Vetcare allows increased blood flow into the area being treated to ensure that any waste is quickly removed from the area.
PLEASE NOTE: If your dog has cancer, epilepsy or is pregnant. please contact us before booking

But we can let you know when it is.

On arrival and leaving
On arrival, please check in at the till inside the shop. You be given housekeeping rules and, if your first time, a guide so you can make best use of the room. A bag of treats is also included in the price which you will be given upon checking in if you haven't selected the room to be pre-loaded
Dogs must be kept onlead until they are inside the enrichment room. XL Bullies must be muzzled. Once inside, and the entrance secured, dogs can have their leads and muzzles removed. Please ensure leads and muzzles are back on before leaving the room.
Each session is 45 minutes. You might find that you do not use the full 45 minutes - using their senses is very tiring for dogs. However, you must ensure you have vacated the room by the end of your booked slot. This is so we have chance to clean in preparation for the next visitors.
