Delivery Information


Select the 'Deliver' option at checkout, then 'Local delivery' on the Delivery page.

We offer local delivery Monday to Thursday to the following locations:

Scunthorpe, Messingham, Scotter, Burton Upon Stather, Winterton, Appleby, Broughton, Brigg, Scawby, Hibaldstow, Bigby, Barnetby and Wrawby. (Postcodes: DN15, DN16, DN17 2**, DN17 3**, DN20 8**, DN20 9**, DN21 3R*, DN21 3S*, DN21 3T*, DN21 3U*, DN38 6E*, DN38 6H*, DN38 6J*)

Order before 10am for same day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered on our next delivery day. Please note, we do not deliver on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We deliver to the following locations EVERY MONDAY ONLY:

Barton, Barrow, Goxhill, New Holland, Low Villages (Bonby, Saxby, Worlaby, Horkstow), Wootton and Ulceby (Postcodes: DN18, DN19 7**, DN20 0**, DN39 6**)

Please have your orders in before 10am on a Monday.

Local delivery is £2.50 per order. Minimum order £10

Frozen / Raw food will be left unless the weather is very hot (we will contact you if we need to reorganise delivery due to the weather). You are welcome to leave a ice box or cool bag in which we can leave your frozen goods. 

Regular customers often leave a labelled or named cool bag which we can take with us and deliver the next order in.

We offer no refunds or compensation for food that has thawed - if this is a concern, please feel free to collect the food from our store.




*Please note we cannot deliver to The Scottish Highlands and Islands

Our deliveries will be sent via DHL on next working day delivery.

Raw (Frozen) food deliveries will be dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

Ambient (Non-Frozen) only deliveries will also be dispatched on a Friday.

Please ensure your order is placed before 4pm for dispatch the following working day.

Raw (Frozen) Deliveries

These will be dispatched via next working day delivery Monday to Thursday only. Once it leaves us it is in the hands of DHL.

The minimum amount we will send frozen is 5kg. We recommend a minimum of 10kg.

All frozen deliveries will be carefully packed using Wool Cool and ice packs. Food that arrives soft and cool is safe to refreeze. This is on the guidance from our suppliers.

We offer no guarantee that food will arrive frozen, and no refunds will be given if food arrives defrosted.

If the weather reaches very high temperatures, we will try to use poly boxes and extra ice packs, but dispatch and delivery may be delayed.

Ambient (Non-Frozen) Deliveries

All ambient-only orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

If your order contains any amount of frozen food, it will be classed as a raw delivery.

As we are a working shop there may be occasions where something you order has been purchased by a customer in store. On these occasions we will replace that product with another brand of the same protein or another protein that you have ordered. If it is not possible to give a replacement, a refund will be issued for the item.

All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery. Please email in the first instance.

Refunds are only given on proof of faulty goods.

Raw (Frozen) only:
Up to 30kg: £9.95
30kg plus: £14.95

Add any ambient products to your raw order and your ambient products will be shipped free.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
