Broth is packed full of nutrition, it has plentiful & equal amounts of calcium & phosphorus and is a great source of vitamin b12, riboflavin (b2), vitamin d & magnesium. A wide variety of bioactive compounds including organic acids & peptides.

Broth is a much more powerful probiotic than any yoghurt! Broth contains over 30 strains (and probably more) of powerful, good bacteria & friendly yeasts, making it a very rich a diverse probiotic source. Also ideal for helping to treat ‘yeasty dogs’ Broth has potent antibacterial qualities kefir contains the probiotic lactobacillus kefir, which is unique to kefir & studies show that it can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria including salmonella, e coli & helicobacter pylori. As well as containing kefiran which can also protect against harmful bacteria.
Broth helps to improve bone health because it is rich in both calcium & vitamin k2. Vitamin k2 plays a major role in calcium metabolism and studies have proved an 81% reduction in fractures when supplementing with it. Kefir also helps to improve bone density.

Order by 10am for same day delivery, otherwise delivery will be made on the next available local delivery day.

We do not deliver locally on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Raw (frozen) food will be left unless the weather is very hot (we will contact you if we need to reorganise delivery due to the weather).

You are welcome to leave a ice box or cool bag in which we can leave your frozen goods.
Regular customers often leave a labelled or named cool bag which we can take with us and deliver the next order in.

We offer no compensation for food that has thawed - if this is a concern, please feel free to collect the food from our store.
